1. Well! Even Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, etc.. haven’t launched any product without bugs or error in it.  As Michael has launched this new SEO tool (traffic-bug), so definitely they will have some bug issues. But they are very fast to get these issues resolved as soon as possible.
  2. Currently, they do not have a feature to check where they do submit your websites. But when I contact their customer support they told me that they are going to come up with an advance reporting system and since they are loaded with lots of things right now. So, it can take a month or two.
  3. It may take 10-90 days before you see any results.
